All courses, digital downloads, PDFs, recorded lectures, assignments, templates, and educational materials available on the LMS are digital products. Due to the nature of digital content, all payments made on the platform are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing or enrolling in any course, the student agrees to the following terms:

1. No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
    • Online courses
    • Downloadable files
    • Certificates
    • Bundled courses
    • Memberships
    • Recorded video lectures
    • Digital educational resources

2. Access After Purchase

  • Course access is usually provided immediately after successful payment.
  • Since digital content becomes accessible instantly, refunds cannot be processed once access is granted.

3. Technical Issues

  • If a student faces technical problems related to course access, login, or video playback, our support team will attempt to resolve the issue.
  • Technical assistance does not qualify for a refund request.

4. Course Updates

  • Course content may be updated, modified, improved, removed, or reorganized at any time without prior notice.

5. Lifetime Access

  • “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime availability of the course on the current LMS platform.
  • If the platform is discontinued, migrated, suspended, sold, or terminated, course access may end without refund liability.

6. Student Responsibility

  • Students are responsible for checking:
    • Course descriptions
    • Requirements
    • Language
    • Course outline
    • Device compatibility
      before making a purchase.

7. Unauthorized Sharing

Sharing course materials, login credentials, videos, PDFs, or downloadable content without permission may result in account suspension or permanent removal without refund.
